Hello Friends!
This week I've decided to spotlight one of the best shows from what was really quite a good tour - Spring 1991 - this show is from Orlando, Florida, from April 7th.. Its another show where the interplay between Garcia and Hornsby causes some wonderful sparks to fly.. add to that the Reuben and Cherise and its a very interesting listen.. I hope you enjoy it.

Hey professor,
ReplyDeleteI was on tour during the 90s and it is great to hear a familiar show. Love the Ruben and Cherise. Thanks so much bringing back so many great memories.

This one is really great
ReplyDeleteThis one was really great. I am downloading the second set now and I can't wait to hear it. I listen to your deadpods several times each because I take long train rides to and from work.
ReplyDeleteThat Rueben and Cherise was nice! Thanks for the deadpod and all you do for it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great set! Love me some Hornsby. When he plays the grand piano, it reminds me of the Keith Godchaux era. Although Bruce exhibits more flair, whereas Keith was content to dwell mostly in the background, the sounds are sometimes similar.
