Naturally there are various tape dropouts and cuts, reel flips, etc... a small price to pay for this fabulous treasure, in my opinion. This is a real beauty my friends.. I hope you savor it as much as I have!

ReplyDeleteWow!! What a mindblower! I need some time to let this show soak in. Jerrys voice is sweet and pure and real and the boys are rocking. 'The sun will shine in my backdoor someday' I was reminded of my first dead show and the moment I realized it was no longer about me or the beautiful universe I had created. I realized there was something bigger, something I had never conceived could be so epic. I told this story to an old friend today (while jamming this show), reliving my dead awakening moment brought a smile to my face and to the face of my friend but also a frown because he wished he could have gone to a Dead show and had his eyes opened. I told him not to worry, we will watch the closing of winterland dvd and he can listen to the professor.
