Happy Thanksgiving!
As always, an acoustic Dead set is on the menu for today, a thank you to all of you for your support of the Deadpod! This lovely recording is from Betty Cantor's reels and is a fine representation of the band's acoustic work during this period. This is from the Warfield in San Francisco on September 27, 1980.
While this recording is missing the 'Dire Wolf' opener that appears on most lists for this show, the remainder of the set is of wonderful quality; with the possible exception of some odd sounds in the Bird Song'. Nevertheless I'm sure that you'll enjoy this one if you're a fan of the acoustic Dead.
