Dead Show/podcast for 12/07/07

This week a fun Jerry Garcia Band show for your enjoyment. This is one of my favorite Jerry band incarnations with John Kahn on bass, Nicky Hopkins on keyboards and vocals and Ron Tutt on drums. This second set is all that I have from this show, but while it may not be pristine quality it is quite enjoyable to listen to and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do..

Jerry Garcia Band, Keystone Berkeley, CA 11/8/75 set 2
How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)
Let It Rock
Friend Of The Devil
Sitting In Limbo
Lady Sleeps
Night They Drove Old Dixie Down
Let's Spend The Night Together >
Edward

As always thanks for your support!

As always you can listen to this week's Deadpod here:

The "How Sweet It Is" is amazing! I listened to it about a half dozen times yesterday.

Thanks, Professor. I remember being at this particular show and it brings back wonderful memories. We celebrated (belatedly) my 30th birthday at this show.

I have been subscribed to the podcast since fall, and I wanted to just send some thanks your way. My set of tapes was left dusty for a while, and now that I have stumbled onto podcasting and this podcast, what was old is new again. It has been great, and great selections too.

Is there any way I can download this, instead of following the link to listen to the mp3?

Great stuff! It's interesting when different players sit in. This was my first time hearing Nicky Hopkins, and I enjoyed his style and different perspective on these same songs.
